This design allows operators to easily adapt to conical containers of varying tapers (such as those with a cone angle of 5° to 25°), ensuring the stamping surface maintains full contact with the container wall and achieving uniform, high-quality stamping results even on curved surfaces.
2. Adopting double motor foil feeding system and hand control foil feeding system, it is easy to adjust the stamping foil.
3. Equipped with infinitely variable speed-regulated motors, the adjustment of stamping starting and ending points is both precise and intuitive. Operators can fine-tune the positions via a digital control panel with 0.1mm increments, and the system provides real-time visual feedback through a position indicator. This allows quick adaptation to workpieces of different sizes (e.g., adjusting the starting point by 5-30mm for small vs. large caps) while ensuring consistent alignment between the stamping head and workpiece edges, minimizing misalignment issues.
